The mark consists of a three dimensional configuration of a bottle as shown and described as a cylinder with eight, equally spaced vertical flutes running most of the length of the cylinder; with a top molding comprising a sloped band, three horizontal fillets, a wider belt, followed by three slanted bands; a bottom with base molding comprising four sloped bands; and a molded screw top opening to accommodate a cap.
