At each side of the circle there are two seated human figures which are surrounded by long leaves in a baroque antique style, all in beige color with black shades and black outline. All the design appears over a black background. At the bottom a wide red stripe with black shades and with a beige thinner stripe with black outline on top and below the red stripe. On the upper center and in between the leaves, is found a red triangle with a white and red "V" at the bottom; on the triangle is a knight armed with a spear and mounted on a horse, fighting a dragon, all in red and white; above the triangle is the wording "SAN JORGE" in red uppercase letters over a white rectangle.
