Design Mark
The mark consists of trade dress for the appearance and design of a trash container with a tapering cross section from a larger diameter at the top of the trash container to a smaller diameter at the bottom of the trash container in a non-linear manner, with a circular cross section at any given height with handles that are ellipsoid apertures, all of which create a unique product design. The stippling shown in the interior represents the wood look feature of the inside of the trade dress. The dotted lined bottom half of the trash container is not claimed as part of the mark and intended only to show the overall design of the mark.
