The certification mark, as used or intended to be used by persons authorized by the certifier, certifies or is intended to certify that the services provided have met the core mandates. These mandates include: Ensure that movers don't get hurt on the job, don't damage what is being moved, don't damage the office buildings, and finish the job on time for the price quoted. Adopt and implement the proprietary IOMI estimating formula based on man-hours. Include a Scope of Services in every estimate, the scope of services clearly defining what the customer and movers will perform before, during and after the move. At time of dispatch, the Scope of Services will be read to the supervisor who will, in turn validate the communication by paraphrasing the Scope of Services back to the Dispatcher. Extensive building protection will be used on every job to minimize the risk of damage to floors, walls, doors, and elevators.
