The mark consists of two concentric oval carriers. Between the two oval carriers, there is a strand of bay leaves on either side. A curved banner overlays the bottom part of the oval carriers, and within the banner is the large bold wording MINUTE PURI. There are diagonal lines on each end of the curved banner. Within the oval carriers is a palm tree depicted around and over a setting sun, below which is the stylized wording MALABAR. In the space around the top of the palm tree, there are three stylized birds.
