The mark consists of the large, capitalized, letters "OHI" and, in a smaller font, the words "Advancing Outdoor Hospitality". The bowl of the letter "O" is filled with contrasting, predominately horizontal abstract bands. The counter of the "O" is unfilled. The letters "H" and "I" are solid block letters. The words "Advancing Outdoor Hospitality" in initial capital letters are situated to the right of the letters "OHI", each word on a separate line. The capital letters are vertically aligned with each other, and all three words are horizontally centered on the "I" in "OHI".
