The mark consists of The mark consists of the trade dress for a vehicle fuel station canopy, featuring a canopy with a horizonal band in red and black a white triangular top that extends downward over the right side of the roof, with the word "TEXACO" in white across the red edge and a red and black circle with a white star and a red "T" inside it to the right of "TEXACO." The wording "+TECHRON" appears in red across the white underside of the canopy. There are four fuel dispensers below the canopy design, the tops of which appear in red with a white triangular top that extends down onto the red with the same red circle, white star and red "T" design in the upper left corner of each top, and on the lower right portion of each dispenser against a red background. The fuel dispensers have bottle-shaped vertical sides. Each dispenser has two small vertical car bumper columns in red. To the right of the canopy is a vertical price sign with a red vertical pole, and the upper portion of the sign is in white with the red circle, white star and red "T" design above a white triangle against a red background. The color black is intended to indicate outlining and is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The dotted lines indicate positioning of the mark on the trade dress and are not a feature of the mark.
