The mark consists of a grey and black head of a rhinoceros with a green eye and white teeth. The right side of the rhinoceros head is outlined in black and then outlined again in grey. The rhinoceros head appears inside a black shield that is outlined in green at the top and bottom and then outlined again in black with a pattern of grey dots. Beyond the black and grey dot outline, the shield is grey on the sides and top and then outlined in green, except for the middle of the right side, which is covered by part of the rhinoceros's horns and mouth.
