The mark consists of a three-dimensional lamp comprising: (1) a singular circular base with three concentric, circular base elements of different sizes, wherein the upper circular base element is a flat plate, the middle circular base element is a cylindrical plate with a diameter less than the diameter of the upper circular element, but a thickness that is greater than the thickness of the upper circular element, and a height extending from the top circular element to the lower circular element, and the lower circular base element is a cylindrical plate with a diameter and thickness that is greater than the diameters and thicknesses of both the top and middle circular elements, and a height that extends to the floor; (2) a body portion formed by three tubular prongs that extend vertically from the base upward, wherein the prongs are evenly spaced and extend parallel with one another until the two outer prongs cross each other and the center prong forming an "X" shape just below the top of the body; (3) a lampshade with two cylindrical layers of similar size, where an interior mesh lampshade is encircled by an outer metal lampshade with a weave design in an alternating "V" and upside down "V" pattern; and (4) two lamp switch pulls with elongated, cylindrical grips, wherein the pulls extend downward from under the lampshade to points just above the location of the "X". The broken lines depicting the lamp switch pulls indicate the placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
