Engineering services in the field of environmental compliance; construction drafting, namely, drawing up construction plans; conducting scientific feasibility studies, namely, conducting technical project studies; research and development services in the field of engineering, namely, industrial research and development services; engineering, namely, preparation of engineering studies and works in the nature of appraisals, evaluations, estimates, research, and reports; all aforesaid services being specifically in the field of gas liquefaction and the production of gas in liquid or gaseous form
