The mark consists of the literal elements "TRANSFORMATIONAL INNOVATION" represented in stylized font, and a design consisting of seven circles, each in turn containing a design wherein six of the circles are of the same size and equidistantly surround the seventh circle which is larger in size and contains a series of outwardly spiraling dots, and wherein further the smaller circles, beginning from the top and moving clockwise, contain the graphic representations of a funnel with a random grouping of dots above it, a solid, undivided pie chart, a horizontal bar chart, a magnifying glass, images of six people sitting around an oval desk, and six parallel horizontal lines intended to simulate adjustable slide-levers, the literal elements and the seven circles design all are further contained within, and surrounded by, a circular solid border.
