The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of the non-functional aspects of an exercise apparatus known as a reformer consisting of the generally rectangular shape of the reformer frame with inwardly and downwardly slanted side rails and ends, rounded corners having vertical curved and tapered legs that may be short or long, a rounded tubular U- shaped foot bar near the foot end having its ends supported from beneath the side rails, and cylindrical tubes at the head end extending vertically upward out of the slanted portion of the head end supporting the arm cord pulley assemblies.
