The mark consists of three renditions of a three dimensional configuration of a frozen confection viewed at three different angles. The first rendition, at the far left, shows the confection viewed from the back, and the confection is in the shape of a three dimensional rectangle with tapered sides narrowing to a rounded top and an arched, zig-zag line appearing within the top half of the rectangle. The second rendition, in the center, shows the three-dimensional rectangular frozen confection viewed from a side profile angle with the top of the confection facing left and the bottom of the confection facing right and with two stacked, parallel designs appearing on the side edge of the confection near the center. The third rendition, on the far right, shows the three-dimensional rectangular frozen confection viewed from the front with two diamond-like shapes appearing on the left and right side of the top portion of the confection.  The dotted outline of the handle is intended to show the position of the mark and is not part of the mark.
