Additional Information
Design Mark
The mark consists of the word SAE is on the first line. Underneath SAE, the word Institute is written in all capital letters with the word Institute the same length as SAE. The S in SAE is capitalized followed by lowercase a and e. The top of the S is an extended straight line that continues over the letters a and e of SAE. The line forming the top of the S aligns with the right side of the letter e. There are four horizontal lines that go through the word SAE. The lines are only drawn where they intersect with the letters SAE. The lines are evenly spaced vertically beginning in the middle of the upper curve in the letter S and ending at the top of the bottom curve of the letter S. The first line is only across the letter S on the first curve (as it would intersect with no other letters). The second, third and fourth lines go across all 3 letters of SAE. Below the word INSTITUTE appears six educational discipline icons as circles. The capital letter A (representing Audio) appears in the centre of the first circle/icon; the capital letter "A" (representing Animation) appears in the centre of the second circle/icon; the capital letter D (representing Design) appears in the third circle/icon, the capital letter F (representing Film) appears in the fourth circle/icon, the capital letter G (representing Games) appears in the fifth circle/icon, and the capital letter W (representing Web) appears in the sixth circle.
