The mark consists of an image of a frontier-style rifleman wearing an animal skin hat and clothes, while carrying a bag and standing holding a rifle, on ground with mountains in the background that is framed in the top two-thirds of a rectangular label design with two inner lines around the edges, the label shape has an arched top, square bottom, a scallop on each side of the label with dotted lines between them that separates the top two-thirds and bottom one-third sections of the label; in the top section above the man and mountains design are the stylized words "LIVE BOLD, FREE AND INDEPENDENT" above "HAND CRAFTED" above "RIMFIRE"; beneath the man and mountains design is the term "WHISKEY"; in the bottom one-third of the label, the stylized term "AMERICAN MADE" has a short horizontal line on either side; beneath this is the stylized term "MOUNTAIN WHISKEY"; at the bottom of the label there are two horizontal lines close together with an off-center vertical line extending down from the lower line; on the left side of the vertical line is a cursive signature of the name "Eli "Rimfire" Hamrick"; on the right side of the vertical line is a design of two concentric circles; between the inner and outer circles are the terms "MOUNTAINEERS ARE ALWAYS FREE" with a 5-point star on each side with separating the term "RIMFIRE"; in the center of the circle are the stylized letters "RWWV"; the circle design lies underneath the line borders and the ends of the two horizontal lines and the terms "LIBERTY FOREVER" that appear below the horizontal lines.
