The mark consists of the text "NINELABS." written below a square in which the top half and the bottom half are point symmetry of one another and are divided by a middle horizontal line. In the top half portion of the square, the four horizontal line segments are stacked on top of one another on the right while three L-shapes of different sizes, formed by intersecting horizontal line segments and vertical line segments, are stacked on top of one another and a horizontal line segment is stacked on top of the uppermost L-shape. The horizontal line segments are aligned to be extensions of one another while the vertical line segments are offset so as to not be extensions of one another.
