The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of product packaging comprised of the top side and front side of a container for the goods with the following elements: a stylized image of a brain in white, overlaid on a blue background circle placed on the top side of the container for the goods; gray jellyfish designs on a blue background in a banner shape, with a red starburst design overlaid, placed at the top of the container's front side; two thin silver horizontal lines across the middle of the container's front side; and a green banner shape placed at the bottom of the container's front side. The dotted lines depicting the rectangular shape of the container indicate placement and position of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark. All other instances of white represent background and/or transparent areas and are not a feature of the mark.
