The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a sandal featuring a footbed with an embellished defined edge and a sole with a jagged uneven appearance. The footbed appears wider and deeper at the heel, and tapers so that the front portion of the footbed appears thinner. A laterally wider strap, which tapers slightly towards the center of the sandal, is affixed to the outside of the sandal between the footbed and the sole. An overlapping strap, which appears wider at the inside of the sandal, narrows to an overall rectangular shape with an angled edge as it overlaps the laterally wider strap. The overlapping strap is affixed to the laterally wider strap by an oversized buckle with a rounded edge. The broken lines depicting a raised wishbone-shaped strip appearing in the front portion of the footbed, the punch holes on the strap, the prong of the buckle, and the inner outline of a rectangle where the strap is threaded through the buckle indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
