The mark consists of a graphic design consisting of an upside-down hammer with its long handle intertwined by a snake, with 4 outward angled lines emanating outward and upward on both sides of the upper portion of the hammer handle, with the hammer being placed in the foreground against an anvil with 2 chainlinks hanging from the underside of the horn of the anvil, with 3 vertical elongated blocks placed on the top side of the horn of the anvil, with the furthest block being tipped at an angle, and with 3 horizontal similarly elongated blocks placed on the side of the flattened top surface of the anvil. This entire design is then placed within a circle with small evenly spaced ridges facing outward around its perimeter.
