The mark consists of a stylized upper case letter "A" colored green and enclosed within a green circle. The crossbar of the "A" is broken such that only its right portion appears. At the bottom of each leg of the "A", a straight line extends outward to the circumference of the circle. The circle is broken in two places, being in its southeast portion and in its west southwest portion. Below the circle are the words, in black upper case "ASPIRE LAND", and below that, in green italic font are the words "A CHESMAR COMPANY", in lower case with each initial letter in upper case. The background color is white.
