The mark consists of a rectangle with rounded corners. Underneath the rectangle are the words "RECEIVABLE PROTECTION PROGRAM". Inside the rectangle are the letters "RPP". To the left of the letters is a sphere with the north-south axis pointing slightly to the right and tilted forward. The top of the axis is a small solid circle. Emanating from the solid circle are eight longitudinal lines spaced equally apart from each other. Below the solid circle are two latitude circles, the top one is fully visible, the second one is seen only in the front of the sphere.
