Design Mark
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle for the goods. The base of the bottle is a cylinder with straight vertical sides, the top portion of which slopes inward. The center of the bottle has straight vertical sides, and shoulders that curve inward to meet the neck. The neck is a deeply indented cylinder with straight vertical sides, which flares out at an angle below the lip. The lip is a wider, taller cylinder with straight sides. The bottle cap is an opaque cylinder of the same diameter as the lip. The mark PRIMA SOLIS appears in stylized typeface on the bottle and the cap. A small lip in the top center of the bottle neck forms a pourer, is depicted in dotted lines, and is not claimed as part of the mark.
