To the right of the mountain range is a seal comprised of four gold concentric circles with a green banner outlined in gold across the center of the seal. 10 gold isosceles triangles with the apexes pointing inward are placed on each side of the green banner opposite of each other. A large green horizontal stripe above narrow gold, white and red horizontal stripes is above the crown, with a mirror image below the silhouette of a city. A large green vertical stripe between two narrow gold vertical stripes is to the left of the center of the image. A thin blue square outlines most of the image. All of the foregoing is displayed on a white background.
