The mark consists of a three dimensional configuration of a bottle comprising: a cylindrical base with a smaller diameter cylindrical pedestal atop said base; right and left sides emanating upwardly and outwardly with a slight convexity from said pedestal about halfway up the length of the bottle, and then emanating upwardly and inwardly with a slight concavity towards the neck of the bottle; a cylindrical top with straight sides that feature embossing of intersecting ornate arches all around the cylindrical top, and the top portion of said top flanging outwardly and concavely toward a top-most lip that bears the wording THE WORLD WHISKY SOCIETY around the perimeter; and perched on said top, a stylized depiction of the upper half of a gargoyle with arms, torso, wings, neck, and head, facing left. The body of the bottle bears an embossed depiction of a hunched gargoyle facing forward with feet, legs, arms, a body, wings, and a head, perched on the bottom cylindrical pedestal, and above it, a seal comprised of a semi-circular banner in three main parts, the left-most part bearing the words THE WORLD, the bottom-middle part bearing the word SOCIETY, and the right-most part bearing the word WHISKY, the right and left-most parts terminating at the top with scroll-like ends surrounding a stylized depiction of a crown, and in the center of the banner, the word RESERVE above the interlocking letters W and S above the word COLLECTION; all the foregoing appearing on the front and center of the bottle which is encapsulated by a ribbed arch with beginning points at the bottom cylindrical pedestal and having its apex halfway up the bottle, said arch protruding forward. There are ribbed lines emanating from the middle of the right and left sides of the arch that meet at the point on the right and left sides, respectively, where those sides transition to emanating upwardly and inwardly with a slight concavity toward the neck. The broken lines depicting the bottle's circular base, cylindrical neck, and ciruclar mouth indicate disclaimed matter.
