Recovery housing services, namely, providing transitional, short-term, long-term, permanent, semi-permanent, and boarding house services; providing, finding, facilitating and coordinating housing for individuals with mental, behavioral and emotional illnesses, individuals recovering from substance and alcohol addiction or abuse, and individuals in need of safe or sober housing, namely, providing transitional, short-term, long-term, permanent, semi-permanent, and boarding house services, identifying transitional, short-term, long-term, permanent, semi-permanent, and boarding houses provided by others, assisting individuals in finding and obtaining transitional, short-term, long-term, permanent, semi-permanent, and boarding house services provided by others, and coordinating with individuals and third parties to assist individuals in obtaining transitional, short-term, long-term, permanent, semi-permanent, and boarding house services; providing transitional and permanent housing for individuals with behavioral, social, emotional and mental health concerns and their families.

Wraparound services, namely, case management services in the nature of coordinating a team of professionals to provide holistic care for children, teens, and young adults and their families in the nature of crisis outreach, housing assistance, counseling, medical care, psychiatric care, legal assistance, financial aid assistance, support groups, and other services as circumstances require; case management services, namely coordinating and providing in-school social, emotional, behavioral and mental health providers to provide care, coordination of care, training, case management, crisis intervention, support, and resources in the school setting; case management services, namely, coordinating the transition to independence for teens and young adults with social, behavioral, emotional and mental health needs, in the nature of finding and facilitating employment and career opportunities , finding, facilitating and providing educational opportunities, assistance with living situations, wellbeing and community-life functioning; case management services, namely, coordination of legal, social, physical, medical, personal care, and psychological services.
