Design Mark
The mark consists of a label design affixed to a cylindrical container having a pointed cap comprised of a vertical shaded rectangle over which are a variety of fruit shapes. Superimposed over the fruit shapes is a square positioned substantially in the middle at the bottom of which is a shaded oblong shape and another smaller square substantially in the bottom. The overall shape of the cylindrical container, the container cap, and the ridges on the cap that are depicted in broken lines indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
