Additional Information
Design Mark
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a four-step pool stair structure, with a bevel extending around the perimeter. On the front, vertical riser of each step are twelve parallel and equally spaced vertically extending depressions, in between two vertical pieces that protrude from the vertical riser. The second, third, and fourth steps contain an additional curved vertical face with varying numbers of equally spaced vertically extending depressions, and an additional vertical piece at the furthest edge. The broken lines depicting the outer perimeter line of the pool stair structure, including the four textured steps, and the four anchoring structures that appear below the bottom step, indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark. Additionally, the broken lines depicting the handrails, and the two attachments points that are connected to the handrails, indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
