The mark consists of a 1950's looking drive-in restaurant with a large marquee superimposed over the top portion of the restaurant comprised of a large angular device with two 8-pointed stars at the top end and a second angled banner with arrow and the word "DRIVE-IN" written across the banner and two small solid circles on either side. Above the word "DRIVE-IN" is the word "BRIE'S" in large, stylized font to the right of a female waiter wearing roller skates, holding a tray with burgers and sandwiches, wearing a waitress uniform with a name tag bearing the name "BRIE," and wearing glasses and a headband with ribbon tied around her head. The restaurant has a small sign that reads "Brie's Drive-In".
