The mark consists of The mark is a teddy bear in the seated position, in which the bottom of its shoes are facing toward the photo. The bear's facial features include: two large eyebrows that curve the top of its large round-shaped eyes; a wide deranged smile with razor sharp triangular-shaped teeth showing a liquid dripping from the bottom of its mouth onto its face; a dollar currency sign placed in the middle of the forehead; a round nose in the center of the bear's face, right under the dollar sign but above the wide smile; two round shaped ears with a small circular hole in its right ear, with a liquid splatter around it. The bear is wearing a straight-jacket which straps its arms across the front of its chest, hiding its arms under the garment of the straight-jacket. The straight-jacket has a belt with a large buckle in the front of the bears chest, with four liquid splatters on the front of the belt, while the strap of the belt hangs off on the right side of the bear. Under the bear's chin, all along the bottom of the bears head, is liquid dripping all along the top of the straight- jacket and along the shoulders and arms are more liquid splatters. The bear is wearing shorts, shoes and socks. The sole of the shoes have the same liquid splatter that has appeared on the bear's face, ear, straight-jacket and belt, which has created a puddle under the bear's feet.
