Design Mark
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a rectangular beverage container. The upper portion of the container displays the wording "COCO" above the wording "INDIA", where the first "O" in "COCO" is a representation of an open coconut from which oil drips to the second "I" in "INDIA. To the right of "INDIA" is the word "BY" with the term "PARACHUTE" to the right inside a stylized box (flag device) and tree design. The middle of the container contains the stacked wording "NATURAL COCONUT WATER" above the wording "ENRICHED WITH VITAMIN C". The lower portion of the rectangle displays a tender coconut with a straw coming out of the middle. Below the tender coconut is a stylized boat with fisherman and a coconut tree, sun, and mountain design on the horizon. The broken lines depicting the entire outside edges of the container indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
