The mark consists of the following: black letters "EMPLOYEE" and "OF THE YEAR" arrayed in concentric arcuate arrangements on which is superimposed a representation of a human figure with a black outline having a gray elephant head, white teeth, yellow eye glasses having blue lenses are positioned over the eyes of the elephant head, the torso is wearing a white shirt and blue pants with white ornamentation, black, white and red sneakers, the figure has gray arms, a yellow wrist band is on the right wrist, respective tan bags are held in the hands, one with a green conventional dollar symbol theron and the other with the green dollar sign rotated 180 degrees about a vertical axis, stacks of multiple bundles of green paper money having respective tan bands are behind the legs of the figure. There are gray shadows underneath each foot of the figure.
