Design Mark
The mark consists of of the three-dimensional trade dress for the appearance and design of a cat litter box, namely, the configuration of an ornamental pattern of raised ribs on the bottom of the cat litter box comprising an oval centered on the back of the litter box and having four arms extending outwardly from the oval, each arm extending toward a separate corner of the back of the litter box. The broken lines depicting the remaining structure of the back of the cat litter box serve only to indicate the placement of the mark on the goods.
