Design Mark
The mark consists of a stylized depiction of a turfgrass plant with three upward-ascending blades of grass and a single, downward-descending root that is in the shape of a lightning bolt and which is surrounded by a dark, downward-pointing isosceles triangle, representing soil. A circle broken into three segments surrounds most of the plant, root, and triangle, except for the tips of the leftmost and rightmost blades of grass, which penetrate the circle at roughly the 11 o'clock and 1 o'clock positions, and for the end of the root and the apex of the triangle, both of which penetrate the circle at the 6 o'clock position.
