Additional Information
Design Mark
The mark consists of the 3-dimensional configuration of an oblong-shaped polisher which is depicted in four sections as follows: a shroud in three sections that features a rounded polishing pad, a concentric circular design that houses a plurality of evenly spaced circular openings peripherally surrounding the distal portion of the shroud and directly over the polishing pad, and the top of the shroud which attaches to the head of the polisher; the body of the polisher contains three sections, a head with a nose, a body, and a handle. The head, which is attached to the shroud, has a distinctive nose which is located on the top front of the head. The head curves upward to meet the body of the polisher. The body curves downward from the head and extends to the handle. The handle is smaller than the body and has a rounded end. The broken lines depicting the circular polishing pad, the upper level of the shroud which contains a broken-lined vent, a screw and vent in the head of the polisher, a vent on the top rear of the body, a lock bottom on the bottom of the handle, and a power cord at the very end of the handle, indicate placement of the mark on the polisher and are not part of the mark.
