The mark consists of the word "SPHERE" in large capital letters above the words "IMMERSIVE SOUND" in smaller capital letters, centered and superimposed on top of a circular logo comprised of six concentric circles formed by lines that are solid and gradually fade to almost disappear at regular intervals in each circle, arranged so the faded and solid portions alternate so the faded portion of each interior circle is next to the solid portion of the adjacent circles.
