Design Mark
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a specific design feature of the goods, namely, the stem of an earplug with the stem including a base portion having a round cross-sectional shape that extends from an ear-engaging semi-spherical hollow shell. The stem extends axially away from the base portion and transitions into an extension portion with a three-sided shape that has curved side surfaces such that the extension portion has a cross-section resembling a three-lobed hypocycloid. The claimed mark is represented in the drawing with solid lines.
