The mark consists of a transparent three-sided shield shape surrounded by three green segments arranged to form an outer octagon shape. Each green segment has five sides, the inner side being in the shape of a crescent, one side being a concave curve and three other sides being flat and forming part of the outer octagon shape. Each segment is separated from the others by a curved transparent line running from each of the three corners of the shield shape in the center to the outer edge of the octagon shape.
