PROFESSIONAL HOOKER

The mark consists of a stylized design of a female figure holding a fishing rod and reel while straddling a large fish with the wording "PROFESSIONAL HOOKER" displayed to the right of the design. The female figure has yellow hair outlined in black, beige skin outlined in black, eyes, eyebrows, nose, all lined in black and red lips. It is wearing a white T-shirt with red trim around the collar and sleeve edges outlined in black, green shorts outlined in black and white, black fishnet stockings and light blue-green boots lined in black and grey. The female figure is holding a black, grey and brown fishing rod and reel, with a grey drop shadow behind it, with the grey fishing line extending from the tip of the fishing rod to the upper lip of the fish. The fish is many shades of grey with a white stripe on its underside running from the front of the fish to its tail fin and black stripes on its top and tail fin, and a white, grey and black dorsal fin. Its eyes are yellow and black. The fish has a mark slightly behind and to the upper left of the right eye that resembles red lipstick residue from a kiss. To the right of the design is the word "PROFESSIONAL" in black block letters with a grey drop shadow. Beneath is the word "HOOKER" in red and white stylized letters that appear to be dripping and fade into grey in some spots. To the right of "HOOKER" is the design of a lipstick cartridge with a black base, silver center and red lipstick protruding out of it as though it is writing the red letters.

The colors black, white, grey, red, beige, green, blue-green, yellow, brown and silver are claimed as a feature of the mark.
