The mark consists of a gearwheel having an empty center; circumference of the gearwheel formed by a plurality of teeth with convex depth between each tooth; a horizontal ellipse being in a parallel and spaced apart orientation with each depth, where the long sides of each such ellipse are convex and coming to a point at each of the butt ends of each such ellipse; a bottom most depth not having an ellipse; a word "OMNIS" appearing below the gearwheel, with the "i" character shaped as an ellipse described above but oriented vertically with a dot appearing above the top point.
