Design Mark
The mark consists of four circles in ascending size appearing on the side of a midsole of a shoe; the circles appear in the center of the back portion of the midsole with a wavy line starting near the heel of the shoe connecting the four circles and then running the length of the midsole to almost the toe of the shoe, another curved line appears below the first and runs along the back portion of the midsole over the arch to the beginning of the front portion of the midsole; the matter shown by the broken lines is not a part of the mark and serves only to show the position of the mark.
