The mark consists of the product design and layout of an over-sized three-dimensional inflated model of a human heart with veins, valves, arteries and other features displayed in various shades of blue, purple, red, pink, brown. A black and white checkered rectangle appears on one of the lower veins. The three-dimensional inflated model has an exterior, an interior, and a generally flat bottom. The exterior has three-dimensional features, namely, over-sized veins and arteries. The interior has three-dimensional features in the passageway, namely, pillowed walls, inflated representations of features of the heart, and rooms passing through chambers of the heart. The interior has soft, flexible walls along the passageway. The three-dimensional inflated model has a single story, over-sized passageway through the interior with over-sized openings through the exterior and into the passageway.
