Additional Information
Design Mark
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a game controller for electronic video games, comprising one oval-shaped handle on the left side of the controller with curved edges with the top angled upwards from left to right with a button on top, a second oval-shaped handle on the right side of the controller with curved edges with the top angled downwards from left to right with a button on top, and a narrower segment connecting the two handles. A curved overhang protrudes from each of the handles over the computing device that is being held in the controller. One circular button appears near the top of the surface of the left handle above a cross shaped button with curved edges which appears above two circular buttons angled upwards on the left handle and four circular buttons forming a diamond appear at the top of the surface of the right handle above a larger circular button which appears above two circular buttons which angle downwards. The broken lines depicting a mobile phone indicate placement of the mark on a mobile phone or computing device and are not part of the mark. The broken lines depicting an expanding middle section indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
