Design Mark
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration comprising a flattened depiction of the top and side panels of a rectangular yellow product packaging box bearing wording and design elements in black and white. Centered on the top panel of the configuration is the word "BLABBI" in large black stylized font. Beneath the central word is a design of seven white letter tiles set in an angled row and spelling the term "SCHLATT" in stylized black font. A similar design of nine white letter tiles is placed in the upper left of the top panel, extending to the upper side panel, and contains the terms "YENTI" and "ZEBIS" in black stylized font presented crossword style with the letter "E" shared. A third design of six white letter tiles appears on the left side panel bearing the term "BRINGO" in black stylized font. Also arrayed around the central word "BLABBI" and partially behind the letter tile designs are three stylized yellow game cards outlined in white containing the wording "SUPERHEROES", "HAPPY ACCIDENTS" and "SPIKY THINGS" in black stylized font. The upper and lower side panels contain the term "BLABBI" in stylized white font, with the term partially obscured in the upper side panel by other elements. The right and left side panels contain the term "BLABBI" in stylized white outline font, with the term largely obscured in the left side panel by other elements. The wording "FIRST EDITION" in stylized black font is placed in the lower left of the lower side panel. The broken lines depicting the edges and folds of the configuration are not part of the mark and serve only to show the position or placement of the mark.
