Additional Information
Design Mark
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration comprising a design of a sneaker with contrasting sections, with the front potion of the sneaker being solid and a design on each side and back of the sneaker. On each side is a diagonal line cutting between the front and back, with another connecting diagonal line going towards the bottom of the sneaker. A zipper line cuts through these diagonal lines on the interior side of the sneaker. The back of the sneaker is formed by a type of padded, cushion design with four bands that also fold over into each side and loop down the back out of the sneaker in a rounded V shape. The front of the sneaker contains an elongated tongue with a band going in the middle and underneath the material all the way down the front and shoe laces that come across. The material depicted in dotted lines in the drawing is not part of the mark; the dotted lines serve only to show the position of the mark on the goods.
