Design Mark
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a light therapy product in the general shape of a T. The top bar of the T is gently curved and emits LED light from the center of the bar. The bottom bar of the T swells to a pear shape at the bottom and is also curved vertically. All of the features of the device are displayed in black excluding the three locations where it is colored gold: the inside of the center of the curved top bar of the T surrounding where the device emits LED light; a band around the narrowest point of the lower bar of the T; and another, wider band at the bottom of the device with a connected gold line perpendicular to the band running vertically up the center of the pear-shaped handle. The wording "GLO24K" appears in silver lettering in the bottom left of the design. The broken lines depicting where the device emits LED light and the device's power button indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
