Design Mark
The mark consists of a stylized graphical design that consists of an enclosed shape that is representative of a profile view of a toothed portion of an alligator-style hair clip that generally tapers from left to right along a horizontal dimension. A lower line of the enclosed shape features an undulating profile that gradually diminishes moving from left to right. The mark features a collection of circles within the enclosed shape in which a first downward protrusion of the undulating profile on a left-hand side includes five smaller circles above a larger circle; a second downward protrusion of the undulating profile includes two smaller circles; and third, fourth, and fifth downward protrusions of the undulating profile each include one smaller circle.
