The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a cast glass sphere pendant lamp that is composed of two glass hemispheres that are adhered to each other horizontally in the middle with a hollow vertical cylindrical core in each hemisphere; each hemisphere having interior bubbles and horizontal lines in a varied number and random pattern; the designs of oblong and random geometric shapes on each hemisphere represent a textured surface; the broken lines depicting the hollow vertical cylindrical core in each hemisphere and the horizontal sides of the glass hemispheres indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
