COMPASSION CONFIRMED

The mark consists of a round circular image. Inside of the circular image, the mark consists of two portions. The first portion consists of two opposing hands in a cupping position with a darkened heart and an even sized cross in the middle of the two hands. The top hand, including the thumb and index finger, is solid black and positioned downward in a cupped position with the thumb and index finger also in the downward position. The bottom hand, including the thumb and index finger, is solid black and positioned upward with the thumb and index finger also in the upward position. The heart is solid black, and the cross is placed on a portion of the right side of the heart. The cross is outlined and hollow. The word "COMPASSION" is directly above the top hand. The word "CONFIRMED" is directly below the bottom hand.

The certification mark, as used or intended to be used by persons authorized by the certifier, certifies or is intended to certify that the goods/services provided have been produced or provided by a business that donates products to patients who have difficulty accessing such products, or by a business that donates goods or services to other businesses so that patients can receive hard-to-access free products.
