Design Mark
The mark consists of a stylized key design composed of a jeweler's bail at the very top as if inserted in a capping knob connected and centered on the top edge of a rectangular slab. Across the center of the slab is a band upon which three Greek letters Phi, Theta, and Kappa appear. Embossed behind the band is a wreath, on one side composed of oak leaves, and on the other, of laurel. Above the band is a representation of the head of Athena. Below the band appear the Greek letters Phi, Omega and Sigma. Connected and centered on the slab's bottom edge is a finishing horizontal bar under which is a conic point.
