Design Mark
The mark consists of the wording "CHARXGE" depicted vertically to the left of a vertical rectangle positioned at the top of an incomplete circle that does not connect at the top. The vertical rectangle is depicted from above the top of the open circle to midpoint of the circle, and the word "CHARXGE" is vertically positioned to the left and parallel with the vertical rectangle at the top of the open incomplete circle. The incomplete circle with the vertical rectangle at its top portion is depicted within a concentric shaded circle with the same vertical rectangle at the top of the shaded incomplete circle, resembling the upper case letter "G" on its side with the opening at the top of the incomplete circle. The colors black and white are not a feature of the mark but represent background, outlining, shading, and or transparent areas.
